CNHB LLC provides private 1:1 coaching services focused on leadership development, nervous system regulation, meditation, breathwork, yoga-informed practices, and overall well-being.

Coaching services provided by CNHB LLC are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services and do not replace professional healthcare.

You acknowledge that:

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes

5. Payments & Scheduling

Fees, session length, cancellation, and rescheduling policies will be provided prior to engagement. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at CNHB LLC’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and resources are the intellectual property of CNHB LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential to the extent permitted by law. Confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, CNHB LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
